Job Introduction - Talent Acquisition Leader
The Talent Acquisition Leader is a key role that ensures top-tier talent density to achieve our business goals in autonomous driving and robotics. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage a wide range of responsibilities, from developing hiring strategies to branding, sourcing, and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring strategies
- Plan and implement the overall recruitment strategy for the WoRV team, making data-driven decisions.
- Lead employer branding activities and effectively communicate the organization’s core values and achievements externally.
- Manage talent pipelines
- Understand job-specific requirements and actively source the right candidates (Direct Sourcing).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool through AI conferences, developer summits, expert communities, and networking meetings.
- Enhance hiring processes & team culture
- Design and manage branding, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes that align with organizational goals and culture.
- Identify and proactively resolve inefficiencies in the overall hiring process.
- Establish the right team culture, benefits, and compensation structure to attract top talent and maximize team engagement.
Required Skills
- Strong fundamentals & ability to learn quickly
- Proven experience in identifying and resolving issues within the hiring pipeline
- Success in sourcing talent through creative and flexible hiring methodologies
- Proficiency in Korean/English communication
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience or equivalent, preferably in an AI startup
- Proven track record in hiring AI Research Scientists / Software Engineers or other IT professionals
- Experience in recruiting global talent
